[Helpdesk] question: creating html email messages

I would send as a PDF. In the lower left-hand corner of the "Print"
dialog box, there is a button labeled "PDF". Click once on that
button to reveal the PDF options, and then click "Mail PDF". That
will launch your mail application with the PDF in the body.
