[Helpdesk] Wireless keyboard problem

I have G4 powerbook and have wireless keyboard and mouse.  the keyboard 
needed new batteries, which I put in (and have doublechecked.  It will 
now not connect thru Blue tooth.  The wireless mouse is working very 
well.  I have tried to "set up new device" on Bluetooth screen and it 
does nothing.  ANy ideas?
