[Helpdesk] Photoshop CS2 Web Photo Gallery with Feedback

I created a web gallery with feedback in PSCS2. It all worked as it  
was supposed to except that my when client (using Windoze) provides  
feedback, saves the feedback, and then I can't see the feedback when  
I view the web gallery page? I've tested by providing my own feedback  
and I can see it fine.

Could this be a browser issue on the client's end. The browser she  
uses is unknown at this point. I suspect it's IE. Using the email  
feedback works but is awkward due to the number of images that need  
to be reviewed.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
