[Helpdesk] need to borrow external firewire harddrive asap

I recently started using SuperDuper and have had only one minor
problem when it didn't want to write a locked/corrupt file. Shirt
Pocket was VERY responsive to my emails and the issue has been
resolved. They even responded to my weekend email. I'm very pleased
with SD.
