Cookies... that's my guess. I've never visited citysearch until tonight, 
and nothing was there for me. However, it looks like they encourage you 
to enter your zipcode the first time you visit, so by putting a cookie 
on your drive they know who you are when you come back.

You should be able to manage cookies in your browser.
