[Helpdesk] Server problem

This is coming from a very untechnical source, but we've experienced
the same situation probably 3 times over the past year +. Our
connection is through Cibola as we live on the east side of Sandia
Mtn in a rural area but have a line of sight to their dishes on the
top of the Crest. (And no I did not mention this at last night's
meeting when asked about local servers as I doubt anyone else at the
meeting is in this situation.) Anyway, have found that simply re-
booting the machine solves the problem. Frustrating when you think
something is working to get mail but unable to access a browser, but
the old on/off trick has worked for us.
