[Helpdesk] AppleJack 1.4.2 - MacUpdate

I am currently running the latest version of AppleJack - 3rd day running.  I know I have made many changes on my harddrive - so I am not completely surprised at the longrunning disc repair.  I am writing to see if anyone else is surprised - and if so, what action shall I take?

I do have everything backed up on external harddrive.
