[Helpdesk] Appleworks problem

Do you mean you are trying to open a document in AppleWorks 6?  
"Download" means receiving the document from the Internet. What kind  
of document is it? Does it have a file extension on its name  
(.doc, .cwk, or?)? How are you opening it? Double-clicking the  
document, dragging the document to the AW icon, or? Are you just  
trying to open the document, or are you trying to work in it (change  
text, etc.) when AppleWorks quits?
