By frames, do you mean borders? If so, go to Format, then Borders and
Shading, then Page Border and choose none.

Subject: [Helpdesk] a few questions

I have a few questions that I would love some feedback on:

1. Do Apple Mail and Apple Addressbook have any limitations in terms of how
many emails/address listings they can handle? If so, is there something
infinitely better that I should consider switching to?

2. I did something to my Word so that my documents always have frames now,
which are annoying. How do I keep documents from having them?
