[Helpdesk] a few questions

A lot of people have issues with the layout of Word. Usually having
to do with rulers, page b orders and theoverall size of the screen.
If I am understanding your question:
Go to the View menu and change it to Normal. You also may want to
look at the other choices, but if your concern is that you are seeing
the borders of the page, than Normal is the one you want.
Another tip is the use of the Zoom setting on "Page Width" and then
drag the window wider on your screen.
